    Some of these are high in oxcelates. Those aren’t good for people with some kidney issues. Spinach is VERY high and beets are high also.

    I’ve found that cooking Baby Spinach, Baby Arugula, Beet Greens together, is not just delicious, when paired with Harvard Beets, is good for upping oxygenation, but increasing circulation. Why not up the healthiness by including Cilantro…???โค๐ŸŽ‰โค๐ŸŽ‰

    Lemons also help with uti. I use 2 get m alot. When I started putting lemon in my tea "every day " I don’t get m anymore. I wasn’t even aware of it until I quit putting m in my tea. If I get lazy I regret it. When it comes back I immediately put back in2 tea. When I did this I felt bttr in approx 1 2 1/2 hr ltr. Amazing what GOD’S CREATION DOES 4 US WE’RE NOT EVEN AWARE OF.

    Some people are not fond of cilantro AKA coriander , it not that they are picky, itโ€™s genetic , they canโ€™t help it. Coriander tastes like soap to many of them. No im not one of them, but I simpatice, itโ€™s not their fault .
