Summary:
1. Kombucha
If you’re looking to improve your cognitive state, kombucha is a decent drink to start with. Not sure what that is? Kombucha is a type of fermented tea containing fruit particles.

2. Orange Juice
This is one drink you’ve probably had since you were a child. It was the first actual juice I started drinking. Quite frankly, I was growing a little tired of it. That was until I heard that orange juice boasts positive effects on the brain.

3. Blueberry Juice
Much like orange juice, blueberry juice is something you can pour yourself in the morning. It’s a quick and refreshing way to get the day going. Why, you ask? Polyphenols! These are micronutrients containing tons of antioxidants.

4. Smoothies
This one doesn’t get too specific. When it comes to the types of smoothies you can make, the possibilities are endless. But if you want to boost your brain function, it’s best to choose one with a ton of vitamins. These ones are usually green in colour.

5. Green Tea
This is something your mom probably drinks already. Well she’s right to. Green tea is a goldmine of health benefits. But its possibilities with the brain are endless.

I found turmeric in capsule form, green tea with lemon at night, and no sugar, I have high blood pressure, and my Dr.. recommends no coffee. daily exercise lost 15 pounds. eating salads with tuna, or chicken, my health has improved. I’ve long been trying to find ways to replace or supplement coffee. thyme is an herb that is a stimulant to a different part of the nervous system than caffeine but the effect seems to be similar, only repeated use of it seems to cause the effect to reduce with time.
