Just found you! I’m 58yo. I’ve been keto for over 10 yrs, lost weight and got tone. Tried every natural thing I could for menopausal symptoms. Nothing worked. Started seeing a naturopath and got in BIHRT. Started feeling better within a month. I also do and have been taking all the needed vitamin supplements. BIHRT helped me. You gave great tips!

I suffered nine years with perimenopause symptoms. Hot flashes and night sweats and a 40 pound weight gain and ridiculously high cholesterol just to name a few symptoms, with no changes in diet or activity level. I already eat pretty health and am doing most of the things you talk about. My favorite is making my on kombucha, sauerkraut and ginger bug. I tried all the natural supplements like black cohosh and maca. Nothing worked. I was adamantly opposed to BHRT… until I couldn’t take it any more…now two weeks later, I am sleeping through the night, night sweats and hot flashes gone and I’m starting to feel less stress and more like myself.

Please tell me menopause eventually goes away.

  4. @sandrag8656 on March 20, 2025 at 8:13 pm

My main fear since menopause is: dementia and.loosing vision and hearing.
All went downhill since menopause started.
Also suffer hot flashes, dry eyes, bad sleep and depression.
I already eat and supplement ike you suggest, but it hasn’t changed anything. 😧
Movement and weight lifting helped a lot against pain.
    I highly recommend it.

Thank you so much. This is such sound advice. Women have been dealing with menopause symptoms for centuries and they didn’t have HRT back then so clearly natural was that was the only option. So it’s not like we’re doing anything radical. We’re just going back to doing things women used to do naturally😅

I am 50, I don’t get periods due to medication I am on but I’ve been having gynae issues for past 12 years. I cannot take HRT nor do I want to. Not 1 of my Doctors have mentioned peri or menopause to me, or checked my bloods. Ridiculous. I am going to mention it at my next visit. I have all of the symptoms. So I just try and eat clean and live clean. Less stress and more exercise on the less inflammed days.

  22. @DeniseQuirk on March 20, 2025 at 8:29 pm

Great breakdown! One thing that made a huge difference for me was combining black cohosh and vitamin E —totally changed my sleep & hot flashes.
I also found that Artichoke Leaf and chicory helped with mood swings way more than I expected. Anyone else tried this?

  23. @JasmineSurrealVideos on March 20, 2025 at 8:29 pm

Nothing works, Ive been taking high dose collagen years, castor oil, spirulina, magnesium, vitamins, minerals, hops, healthy diet, bits of exercise, I have high estrogen and high risk of clots so no soya, black cohosh, etc, trying DIM, maca etc to boost my testosterone as cant get estrogen blockers or testosterone from my gynacologist, GP or Private GP, which I believe would help.

  24. @joannakaluza910 on March 20, 2025 at 8:31 pm

What collagen do you suggest to buy please? Thank you for sharing your wisdom!

  25. @GolnazAbdollahian on March 20, 2025 at 8:31 pm

tnx a million Kari.. why lots of women in US and europe do hrt while in other part of the world dr s don suggest it at all and they say what u suggest: natural/ healthy diet/ movements cuz of risks for hrt?

Can someone recommend anything for sleep. I fall asleep but don’t stay asleep. Meds have side effects. I tried many herbs, also Mary Ruth night time minerals with tart cherry juice it helped for one week. Insomnia is tough.

Itchy labia no infection, no std, what can i use pls? Im 45

  34. @KariAnneWright on March 20, 2025 at 8:42 pm

Update: The powdered collagen I was using(in the video) ended up being unhelpful. I have since started using a liquid collagen that has been a true blessing for me. It has improved my discomforts by 50-60% so far and a list of other things. The liquid has a higher bioavailability so look for a liquid. 😂I mentioned fatigue twice when I was talking about vitamin b12. Oops! Sorry! Menopause brain!🤣

  35. @lisaann9120 on March 20, 2025 at 8:45 pm

Im getting hot flashes , my dr did tests and said yes im in a menopausal dtate. He wont do nithing as im to young. Im in canada, do i get any liquid collagen?

  37. @AndyReago on March 20, 2025 at 8:48 pm

I keep seeing Vitamin D3 with K2 these days. Is that as effective as Vitamin D3 with magnesium? (The name says Andy Reago, but this is Chrissy McClarren.)

  38. @Ash-gc6kj on March 20, 2025 at 8:48 pm

Thank you for your videos. I started taking beef and liver supplements and it has helped my hot flashes and receding gums.

Does this apply to perimenopause too?

  42. @christinereid2919 on March 20, 2025 at 8:52 pm

So relatable to the average woman. Love the humour and advice. I’m sick of being told to lift weights to fatigue. I can hardly get out of the bed and function. You give me hope. You are great! What a lovely woman. Thank you.

  43. @GosiaCanoFitness on March 20, 2025 at 8:55 pm

Thank you for this video. I would also add meditation and getting into nature as much as possible.

  44. @tarot_esoterica_with_erin on March 20, 2025 at 8:57 pm

Great video. I have some info id like to share thst I hope others. (I am not a dr! Some ive learned from my Doctors, some Ive learned over the years from numerous sources Ive vetted) My chest used to be soaking (yes soaking!) wet when I woke up and I kept getting sick. Dr suggested I wear a scarf to bed (colder months) and its helped reduce how often I got sick , plus take Zink, D & Selenium, so I now eat 1 or 2 Brazil nuts most days (+ a good multi vitamin) 2. My obgyn recommended soy milk. I only use organic soy milk (organic is important for soy products) and having been on, off & back on, I definitely see & feel a difference in my skin. . Supplements …
D3+k2 (the k is important). Here in Germany, almost every GP recommends it all year, just lower doses in warmer months. Magnesium Glycinate at night (the type of magnesium you take apparently makes a difference). Liposomale Vit C (as it can have energizing effect so take earlier in the day). probiotics, dulce (kelp), chlorella/spirulina, Tocopherol vitamin E and potassium (food sources are best as even 2 potssium pills us roughly only 10-20% of what we need!). I also make green tea iced with Hibiscus – tasty & loads of benefits. Im now adding home-made organic L reuteri (probiotic) yogurt to my diet, but too early to report on any recognizable benefits. Organic berries & chia seds in my yogurt – good stuff. And for thst sweat.. Niyok is by far the best aluminum free antiperspirant/deodorant Ive ever found! (I am in Europe. I hope you can find it where you are.) Im a singer who sweats a lot on stage and this stuff keeps me smelling good. Good wishes to all!

Thank you so very much. I felt like I was losing my mind until I was literally talking to a friend of mine in a store bathroom and a ton of women heard our conversation and all chimed in. It just amazes me how no one ever talks about this in a major way. I think I’ve been going through premenopause for years now but it just recently hit me a few weeks ago really hard with the hot flashes then chills, my teeth even started chattering from how scared it made me and then my anxiety went through the roof…. I’ve been talking over the counter Estrovan with melatonin at night and I have seen a decrease in hot flashes and no more shaking with fear. I am still having my period… sometimes super heavy for 2 days then barely anything….then other periods extremely light….only lasting 4 days instead of 7 and every 15 to 20 days instead of 30….thank you for the food tips. I’m trying to go natural with all this since it’s my body’s natural cycle in life. I

It’s funny how there are exactly 666 Comments 😮😅 because menopause is demonic😅

I found a way to get relief after 8 years of suffering from absolutely debilitating hot flashes and a multitude of other symptoms I start taking a few tablespoons of milled flaxseed today and let me tell you I feel wonderful my hot flashes are under control and if I do have a hot flash they are very mild flax seeds absolutely worked wonders for me and I’ve tried everything

  47. @JCnordic2983 on March 20, 2025 at 9:04 pm

You can’t get organic extracts which would give you a higher concentration of those phytochemicals which would give you the same effects as far as suitables, so look for the same products or similar products as herbs. Fruits, whole food dehydrated powders that are concentrated. You will get the same effect or close to it as pharmaceuticals

  48. @sandrawilliams302 on March 20, 2025 at 9:05 pm

This was the most helpful video I’ve seen on this topic. I’ve been trying most of these and just trying to make sure I’m on the right track. Still dealing with symptoms but hopefully it will flip a switch in our bodies one day. This perimenopause is a lot.😕 Thank you so much.

I refuse to use HRT. This is a normal process and if we’re having trouble (and believe me I have my share) there are natural answers. This isn’t a DISEASE. This is a shift.

If you’re not shifting well, it’s time to understand you body and ask yourself what your body needs.
