For anyone watching this, reading The Hidden Herbs by Anette Ray should be your top priority.
I would NOT use Yarrow/wound wart as a garnish or a pepper! I cook with a lot of flowers and herbs and that wouldn’t be my first or second pick! Bitter as hell but dang its good at healing everything!

Achillea because achilles apparently used it on the deep wounds of his soldiers in the trojan war, not from putting it on his heel because he died from that, that wouldnt be a good example of achillea working well :).
