    Thank you for this. I have been wanting to try ashwagandha for it’s calming effect as well as improving blood pressure but was afraid to because I thought it reacted negatively to some cancers (I had prostate cancer but in remission for over a year now). It’s reassuring to know it actually keeps cancer in check.

    I have recently been diagnosed with pre-diabetes which is a title that I will not receive for myself! But I am new to your channel and am very interested in this product. I am learning a lot on eating as healthy as I can.

    Are organic multivitamins a good option to help make up for nutrient deficiencies? Or are whole foods enough to get a person back up to optimal levels of vitamins and minerals in the body?

    My Dad died at 99 and was on blood thinners for years. He did go for regular tests for it. And knew he needed to keep consistent, also that he could change his diet.
    Thank you for the information you give. I’m going to get ashwagandha for my husband and myself. His prostate numbers are up and will be checked in a couple weeks. I don’t like the system as it is. I hope its early & he can just be watched as they are talking about doing in early stage
