Hi, my name is Kayleigh Öğüt and I love helping Believers get grounded and focused. On this channel we talk about wellness, healing, mindset, faith, purpose and biblical lifestyle. As a Christian Life Coach I work to combine Scriptures (the Bible), science and life experiences to help motivate, encourage and support others on their walk with Jesus Christ.

(The content shared on this channel and across all socials is rooted in my experiences and opinions. It is never medical advice.)

So true, Kayleigh. Christ is our Living Bread and Living Water and He promises that we will have fountains of Living Water flowing out from us. We will also impact the lives of others when we are walking right with Yahweh.
Another thing I have noticed about the health "gurus": many of them are into New Age beliefs, yoga, etc
Psalm 1:1 – Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful.
I just prayed this morning to hear nutrition info from a Godly source/perspective and you popped up in my feed tonight. God bless you.

She is a true God & Christ centered holistic health educator on YouTube. So glad I found you. Please don’t stop educating and breaking people free.

The Christian space is demonizing holistic health instead of fixing the wrongs of the industry.

I needed this reminder! It’s so easy to get caught up in the temporary and lose sight of the eternal. I’m so glad I came across this. I believe the Lord led me to it. Thank you for speaking the truth so boldly! ❤️

Thank you for this very clear and concise message. I’m in the middle of changing my lifestyle and starting a wellness journey, and I was getting caught up in allllll the information and tips. I would NOT want to have God be on the back burner in the journey, He has to be first!!!❤

Facts. I can testify! I was my “ healthiest “ a few years ago. In new age and I wasn’t happy. Actually I was drinking more and wondering what’s going on? Praise god that he chased after me!. If we allow him to heal our hearts❤️ now that’s what’s important!
