► Things my patients have found helpful:
Please note that I get a lot of requests and questions about what equipment is ‘best’ for treating a variety of conditions. The following is not meant to be an exhaustive or definitive list. Please use it as a starting point. If you have questions, please discuss with your healthcare provider. With that said, I have tried a number of the products below, but not all. I have included some based on positive feedback from many of my patients. As an Amazon Associate, Dr Peng earns from qualifying purchases. Where is video of the 4 other treatments? Can someone show me the way?
I have restarted an exercise program at a HIIT gym. This has had a significant decrease in my knee pain and increased my range of motion. So far there has been little decrease in stiffness. Right now I take no supplements and want to start. This video may be a good starting point, at least following my upcoming Dr visit.
Pengy does this help with uric acid and gout
Boswellia Serrata extract 100-250 mg a day.
Turmeric-curcumin, 1000mg daily
Glucosamine and chondroitin, 1500-800mg
hello may i know if i have allergic with aspirin . can i consume move free advanced ? thankyou
This Suplimint is 3 mix combination plz recement 3 combination Suplimint name plz help me doctr
Boswellia serrata, turmeric and curcumin, and glucosamine chondroitin do nothing to relieve my hip and knee OA pain. not even Thorne brand. Nor does the Specialized Pro Resolving Mediators supplement from either Metagenics or Thorne.
My old age and heart condition make surgery out of the question.
I have not tried PRP injections or ozone therapy.
I do get fast temporary pain relief from the Homedics PA-200H Deluxe Percussion Action Massager and the Medcursor Massage Gun .
Liberal application of HealthWise Maximum Strength Lidocaine Cream and Globe Lidocaine patches also provide short-term relief.
Leg lifts while standing and supporting myself against a wall are also beneficial.
Mock me for bringing this up if you like, I"m too old to care, but my overall daily hip OA pain decreased most when I started using a high toliet seat which eliminated the dreadful pain of lowering my hip in the bathroom. And a sock aid elimated the pain of raising my hip to put my socks on. I highly recommend both of these things for hip OA sufferers.
My joint pain has reduced significantly after using Joint Aid Plus for the past two weeks. It’s a great alternative to over-the-counter pain meds
I believe that turmeric/curcumin together with Boswellia Serrata also work synergistically.
Can you take glucosamine and chondroiton at the same time taking nattokinase?
Are rumaliya forte tablets of Himalaya ayurvedic products effective?
Appreciate your advise ! You are fair both side ! And have a credible look! I subscribed! Hope you pursue this honest game, thank you.
Bosweellia darrata
Turmeric and curcumin
Glucosamine chondroitin
None has helped except curcumin which help the arthritis pain but not my back..
"I love this product! After just a few weeks of using Joint Aid Capsules, my joint mobility has greatly improved
I over 50 woman. In SA challenge is I also hormonal I balance. Pls help. Thank u for d content
Thank you,Doctor!
Thanks doc. Liked and subscribed
Ate tons of this stuff over the years. No effect. Ortho doc says it’s all snake oil. Just dissolved into nothing by stomach acid. I’ve learned the hard way that cartilage is a rare gem that does not regrow or get stronger with exercise, as does muscle, bone, and ligaments. Some far out treatments out there, like replacement with animal cartilage, or drilling bone ends to produce scar tissue that mimics cartilage a little. And of course, mechanical replacements. But rule 1, treat your cartilage as the princess it is. Limit impact activity and keep your weight to its healthy minimum.
I have bad stiffness and pain at my lower back, and I don’t know what will help me. So please help me. Thank you
I use Castrol oil and cayenne pepper together as a topical and wrap with plastic and a sock also I use turmeric collagen and omega 3 been huge for me
What are your thoughts on this medical paper that suggests boswellia, devils claw and rose hip are effective?
https://www.orthopaper.com/archives/2023/vol9issue1/PartH/9-1-99-218.pdf
isn’t curcumin just a component of turmeric? and we should get 1000mg/day of which?
I’m 44 y/o, minimal excercise my whole life. Knees bagan clicking with painful snapping 2 months ago. Slipped on the stairs last week while carrying heavy stuff and it got so painful i could hardly walk. physical therapy worked a little then failed completely. Xray shows signs of osteoarthritis on both my knees.
Began taking the combination suggested in this video this week, with the addition of Omega fish oil supplement, and the pain feels to be getting a bit better.
Will begin excercising more to strengthen up my leg muscles as much as I can before my 50s 🫶🏻 Thanks doc, and best wishes everyone
How to order and how it cost? From Sabah.
Try Boron it’s the best for arthritic pain, better than Turmeric.
MSM can help too
Turmeric has been shown to increase stomach acid which can be bad for some people. It also interferes with muscle protein synthesis. Glucosamine and Cho also have really bad gastrointestinal side effects that some people may not be able to tolerate. Also, why the heck is Cissus not in this video?
I ordered Relief Factor and the capsules have a mixture of herbs. Would you recommend making capsules from the 3 ingredients you provided (all 3 mixed together?) If so, how many mg in each capsule? This would be such a money saver to make my own.
Great Help
So which is the best of the 3?
Moringa really works!
White Willow Bark is ok. I May have to purchase the Boswella Serrata! I also use Turmeric Cumin. That seems to work at times. Thank you!
Have tried all three of those and none worked for me at all. Total BS.
I have been using Glucosamine with MSM.
can we take all in the same times

Most doctors are aware of supplements and most will tell you not to take them

Great video ive found i healed myself using 800ius of vitamin D and 600 grams of calcium carbonate plus vitamin k2 to get the calcium in the joint not the blood stream causing calcification but the main thing that worked for me was doing 100 free weight squats i built up from 10 squats to 100 im now pain free i also use termeric with a pinch of ground pepper 👍💪
Nice Video , Joint Aid capsules by Planet Ayurveda is also very effective to provide relief from pain
Thank you for your information
What about Collagen and MSM 😊?
Glucosamine 750mg and chondroitin 400mg one tab daily,
If you’re allergic to shellfish don’t take glucosamine. What works for me are ginger, and CalMagZinc supplements.
Love this video. Awesome information
I’m considering taking all 3. Is that safe to do?
