0:45 – Orange juice; a great source of vitamin C.
1:17 – Green smoothie with spinach or kale could contain vitamin A or beta carotene.
1:30 – Can use yogurt for probiotics which helps keep your gut healthy.
1:42 – Berries
1:51 – Seeds for protein
1:59 – Green tea. It has antioxidants like EGCG and may be anti-inflammatory. Can add honey which may help with sore throat.
2:23 – Ginger tea or ginger juice.
2:47 – Chamomile tea for sleep
3:15 – Other herbal teas like lemon balm tea or lavender tea.
3:28 – Stay away from alcohol and red wine.

    Sorry- you lost me immediately. What people call orange juice is the commercial kind that is TOTALLY devoid of vitamin C because it’s pasteurized. Further in the commercial orange juice is additional sugars which damages the immune system by causing the body to overproduce insulin -a major driver of metabolic disease.

    Orange juice as in freshly squeezed as the one on the shelf is loaded with sugar and sugar suppresses the immune system.

    Does orange 🍊 fiber not remove during juice preparation?.if Yes then doctors don’t recommend such juice.
